The Compagnie is a volunteer auxiliary to the Alabama Historical Commission of the State of Alabama. We are a living history organization, educating the public about Fort Toulouse/Jackson Park.
Our routine business is governed by our Board of Directors, who are also our Officers.

Historical Research/Authenticity Committee:
Bylaws: 10.a.ii. The Historical Research/Authenticity Committee consists of the Programs Manager, the Commandant or highest ranking officer, an ex-officio representative of the Alabama Historical Commission, i.e., the Park Manager, and five Regular Members appointed from the Regular membership by the Board of Directors. At least two members should be an Indian and one member should be a woman.
