Once again, we must say goodbye to a dear friend and fellow re-enactor. Danny Lewis passed away Thursday night, December 11, 2003, at the age of 52. He is survived by his wife, Myra Lewis, also a re-enactor. Danny spent most of his time with the Compagnie Franche de Fort Toulouse as a French Marine and had recently joined the 1814 group at Fort Jackson. Danny, we'll miss you.
